Art Fusion Spring Art Fair
The Art Fusion Spring Art Fair is scheduled for Saturday, March 15th, 2025 from 9AM to 2PM. Art will be displayed at the Art studio.
Further information will be posted in Studio 1 at the Art Club as well as Volunteer Sign-up Forms. Please consider helping out for this opportunity to benefit the Art Club.
The volunteer sign-up brochure, inventory sheet to fill out manually (you do not list them online), option sign-up, and volunteer sign-up sheets are now located in Studio 1 on a large yellow and red posterboard. Follow the numbered "Prompts".
If you are submitting art work, you must be gold by Tuesday, March 12th and volunteer for one job.
Be sure to bring your artwork in on Friday March 14th between 9 and 12 noon along with your inventory sheet.
All volunteers are welcome regardless of whether you are entering artwork. Each artwork submitted is to have a square sales tag attached to the front with the artist's name, title or item, and price. You do NOT need a sticky tag on the back. Tiles, gourds, and jewelry should place sales tag on the back, bottom or on a string attached to the jewelry piece. List those items on the back of the inventory sheet. Volunteering? Your team leader will call you to confirm your job, date and job description prior to the fair.
