This class is open to all students but beginners are preferable; no art experience is needed. Students will create a multi-medium stylized cactus picture by tearing, ripping, cutting bright tissue paper and using glue techniques to “paint” with. The instructor will provide a quick demonstrate on creating a landscape. This process is bright and colorful and uses transparent bleeding.
Materials:
- All materials will be provided by the instructor, except for scissors.
- Students should bring a pair of scissors (art club has some available).
Objectives:
1. All students will learn to create a fun and vibrant Arizona cactus art piece.
