This course is designed for you to learn the basic techniques of wet felting with merino wool to create your own original landscape wood painting.  I will have photos for inspiration for bring your own.
You don't need any experience to enjoy this class.  You will have access to all kinds of fun embellishments including Silk and Bamboo to "Paint with Fiber".  Students should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to get wet.

Materials:

The instructor will provide all of the materials. 

Materials for students to bring:

• Artist apron or art shirt (optional).
• Students should bring an old bath towel and a hand towel.
• Water or refreshment to enjoy during class.

Objectives:

1. Students will learn how easy it is to paint with wool.
2. Students will get all the information they would need if they decided to continue this medium at home.
3. You are able to experiment using silk, bamboo and various other fibers.
4.  Students will take home a 11x14 inch wool felted landscape to frame.
